First, clean the oil stain and other dirt on the welded stainless steel corrugated pipe and flange pipe. In case of leakage due to cracking at the welding point, the original welding scar shall be cleaned up. The straight pipe of the flange pipe shall be polished to a metallic luster. The straight pipe of the corrugated pipe cannot be ground and polished because it is too thin. Hand abrasive cloth shall be used to polish it.

The welding and installation gap of stainless steel flange is 0, because if there is too large space gap due to processing and manufacturing errors, it is easy to burn through during welding. At this time, it is necessary to weld a layer on the straight pipe of flange pipe, and then machine it to 0~0.05mm gap or grind it by craft. During welding of stainless steel flange, it is necessary to observe the melting condition of corrugated pipe. Generally, 1~3 molten pools are melted at a time, and it is not suitable for continuous welding. Especially when the gap is large, it is very easy to burn through. The skill of arc welding of stainless steel flange is that the arc cannot directly point to the corrugated pipe, but the residual heat of the arc is used to melt the corrugated pipe for welding.
