This batch of SA105N ASME RF flange includes multiple flange variants: standard RF welding neck flanges, custom long welding neck flanges (RFLWN) with variable hub lengths, and RF blind flanges. Sizes range from 2 inch small-bore units up to the large 48 inch ASME B16.47A welding neck flange. Pressure classes cover 150# and 300#, with hub schedules including XS, SCH60, SCH80, SCH100, SCH120 and SCH160. The long welding neck flanges feature many bespoke neck lengths, manufactured strictly according to project drawings to match specific site assembly requirements.

All SA105N ASME RF flange forgings receive controlled heat treatment to stabilise grain structure and lock in mechanical performance, complying with the drawing requirements. Every flange is supplied with ABS approved 3.1 mill test certification, which supports third-party inspection and project acceptance for Indonesian energy facilities. Our QC team performs full dimensional checks, face flatness and bolt hole layout verification for each flange, especially for the non-standard long neck dimensions and large diameter ASME B16.47A units.
