Materials of tube sheet:
According to different environments and materials,A105/A350 LF2/Q345R (or equivalent material) plates are generally used,such as the first and second pressure vessels.There is no corrosive medium circulating.Carbon steel composite plates can be used. In the case of strong acid, high pressure and high temperature, nuclear energy and other environments, stainless steel,16 manganese,titanium alloy and other corrosion-resistant materials are needed.The application of new synthetic materials brings new vitality to tubesheet products.

Machining of tube sheet:
The tubesheet used in the third and fourth types of pressure vessels needs high accuracy.The traditional hole processing method is benchmarking and rocker drilling.With the large-scale chemical containers,the diameter and thickness of tubesheet are also increasing.CNC technology is also introduced into tubesheet processing.CNC drilling machine with rocker drill is widely used for drilling.The use of machining centers for high efficiency and high precision hole processing has gradually been accepted by some large enterprises.The demand for large thick tube sheets in nuclear power,seawater desalination,and central air conditioning heat exchangers is increasing.
