Assembly method of copper flange

Assembly method of copper flange

1.When installing the connecting pipe flange on the vertical cylinder, first, ensure that the cylinder end surface unevenness meets the requirements, and then adjust the cylinder end surface horizontally to ensure that the cylinder is vertical. Draw a reference circle outside the opening line (the center of the opening is the center of the circle, and the diameter is larger than the flange diameter), and measure the distance between the flange outer edge and the cylinder wall reference circle on the upper, lower and horizontal four star lines, which should be uniform; however After that, the perpendicularity of the flange surface is confirmed by the method of lifting the perpendicularity to meet the requirements.

2.When installing the connecting pipe flange on the horizontal cylinder, the method of reference circle is also used, but whether the flange surface is parallel to the vertical direction of the cylinder wall, generally select the surrounding reference, and confirm by visual inspection.

3.The flatness of flange surface shall be guaranteed during machining.

Another method: the flatness is generally achieved by controlling the flatness of the end face of the cylinder, and the perpendicularity is achieved by controlling the perpendicularity of the end face and the wall of the cylinder. Place the cylinder on the steel platform (the unevenness is not more than 1mm), adjust the perpendicularity of the cylinder wall and the steel platform to meet the requirements, mark the cylinder with a scriber along the appropriate height, trim the cylinder to the marking position to ensure the flatness of the cylinder and the perpendicularity of the end face of the cylinder and the cylinder wall; add the groove, put the flange on the platform and connect the cylinder to ensure the flatness and perpendicularity of the flange The flange of flange should be controlled during welding.
