Introduction of socket welding flange

Socket welding flange(SW flange) refers to the flange which is welded at the end and outside of the pipe by inserting the end of the pipe into the step of the flange ring.There are neck and no neck.The flange with neck has good rigidity, small welding deformation and good sealing property.It can be used in pressure range of 1.0 to 10.0 MPa.Type B flange for container also belongs to socket welded flange,which is used in occasions with high sealing requirements.In design, socket welded flange can be checked according to integral flange.
