Haihao Group has successfully completed the production and export of ASTM A694 Grade F70 API 6A BX Weld Neck Flanges for a French energy project operating under demanding service conditions. Designed for Class 10,000 PSI pressure rating, these flanges meet API 6A BX ring joint standards, ensuring high-integrity sealing for critical wellhead and manifold applications.
Each 18-inch (16-3/4″) BX WN flange was precision-forged and heat-treated to achieve outstanding mechanical strength and impact resistance. The low-temperature impact test result of 27J at -29°C demonstrates the flange’s suitability for use in harsh offshore and cold-region installations, where reliability is non-negotiable.
