Haihao Group has recently completed the production and shipment of a customized batch of high-pressure RTJ flanges for a long-term client in the United Arab Emirates. The order includes a wide range of ASTM A694 F60 carbon steel flanges and ASTM A182 F321 stainless steel blind flanges, manufactured in full compliance with ASME B16.5 and supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certification.

Project Overview: High-Pressure, Low-Temperature Flange Supply
The order covers weld neck (WN) flanges, socket weld (SW) flanges, orifice flanges, and blind flanges, with sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 8 inch, pressure ratings from Class 1500# to API 5000, and sealing types of Ring Type Joint (RTJ).
All ASTM A694 F60 flanges were impact tested at –46°C, ensuring reliable performance in low-temperature service environments. The total production cycle was strictly controlled within 15–20 days, meeting the client’s project schedule.
