Currently, two main standard systems govern pipe flanges globally: the european pipe flange system, represented by Germany’s DIN (including the former Soviet Union) – encompassing DIN, GB, JB, and HG20592 standards, and the american pipe flange system, epitomized by the ANSI pipe flange, covering ANSI, GB, and HG20615 standards. Additionally, the Japanese JIS pipe flange exists but has limited international impact, primarily employed in public projects within the petrochemical apparatus.

4.Chinese National Standard GB for Steel Pipe Flanges

Series 1: PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.0, PN5.0, PN10.0, PN15.0, PN25.0, PN42 (main series)
Series 2: PN0.25, PN0.6, PN2.5, PN4.0
Among them, PN0.25, PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, a total of six flange size levels belong to the european flange system represented by German flanges, while the rest belong to the American Flange System represented by American flanges.
