Haihao Group receives order for SA516 Gr.60 blind flanges from Malaysian Client

These flanges, available in sizes 20 inches and 36 inches, exhibit exceptional characteristics, making them suitable for various applications in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power generation, and boiler manufacturing.
Spectacle Blind Flanges
SA516Gr60 is a carbon steel plate designed for use in medium to low-temperature pressure vessels. Complying with ASME standards, this material was developed and produced by Wusteel in 2006. It finds widespread applications in the fabrication of reactors, heat exchangers, separators, pressure vessels, gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler steam drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes for hydroelectric power stations, turbine volutes, and other equipment and components.
Introduced by Wusteel in 2006, SA516Gr60 is one of the six new products designed to meet the technical requirements for materials resistant to sulfide stress cracking in oilfield equipment, as outlined by NACE-MR0175. This steel plate, domestically pioneering and internationally leading, conforms to the (ASME) ASTM A516/A516M standards. It aims to meet the demands of sulfur and hydrogen-containing gases, reducing corrosion, minimizing equipment maintenance, and extending equipment lifespan.
