Haihao Group Delivers ASTM A694 F65 WN RF Flanges to UAE Client

Haihao Group has finished inspection and shipment of ASTM A694 F65 WN RF flanges for an energy project in the UAE. This batch of ASTM A694 F65 WN RF flanges is produced in two common sizes: 6 inch with 12.70 mm wall thickness for Class 900, and 4 inch with 11.13 mm wall thickness rated Class 1500, manufactured fully to ASME B16.5.

All ASTM A694 F65 WN RF flanges have undergone dedicated heat treatment to stabilise mechanical properties. The material is controlled with sulphur content below 0.025, and tested for low-temperature impact toughness at -46°C, meeting the minimum requirement of 27J average and 20J single value. This strict test package makes the ASTM A694 F65 WN RF flanges suitable for cold service and harsh upstream piping conditions.
