Haihao Group Delivers ASME B16.5 WN Flanges and Spectacle Blinds to Singapore Client

Haihao Group recently completed packing and shipment of a mixed batch of forged flanges and spectacle blinds for a long-term Singapore partner. This package covers weld neck flanges in multiple material grades, pressure classes and sizes, alongside ASME B16.48 spectacle blinds, all manufactured, tested and heat-treated to meet sour service and general piping requirements for on-site installation.

The supplied ASME B16.5 WN flange items include three material variants: ASTM A182 Gr.F60 for sour service at 600#, ASTM A182 Gr.F321 sour service weld neck flange at 900#, and ASTM A105N weld neck flange rated 600#. Sizes range from 1/2 inch up to 16 inch, with schedule thicknesses selected to match the designated pressure class. Every weld neck flange undergoes full heat treatment to secure mechanical properties, plus UT and PT non-destructive examination before release.

Complementing the flange set, the order includes 6 inch A105N spectacle blind, also known as figure 8 blind, manufactured to ASME B16.48. This spectacle blind is designed for fitting between RF flanges following ASME B16.5, rated 150#, and it has passed required heat treatment and NDT inspection. These spectacle blinds are widely used for positive isolation in process piping systems, a critical safety component for Singapore oil and gas facilities.

We separate sour service WN flanges from carbon steel A105N flanges during production and marking, to avoid mixing on site. Our QC team verifies heat treatment records, UT and PT reports, material test certificates and dimensional checks against ASME drawing requirements before shipment.
