GOST 33259-2015 Stainless Flange Package Shipped for Russian Process Plant

This consignment of GOST 33259-2015 stainless flange covers two distinct material families. The higher-alloy set uses Duplex 2507 for chloride and sour service sections, in sizes DN15 through DN100 at PN16 pressure. The majority AISI 304 austenitic stainless set spans a much wider range — DN15 up to DN400, at both PN06 and PN16 — for general corrosive media and water service. Flange configurations include several GOST types: B (flat welded), E (welding neck), F (loose) and В variants, each matched to specific piping connection points on the client’s P&ID.
Our workshop hot-forges each GOST 33259-2015 stainless flange to the dimensional tolerances defined by the current Russian standard, rather than adapting Western flanges to approximate GOST bolt hole patterns. Bolt circle, number of holes, face diameter and neck geometry are all checked against the GOST 33259-2015 drawing during final inspection. This matters on Russian sites, where mismatched bolt holes are a common reason for rejected flanges imported from suppliers unfamiliar with the GOST system.
Material traceability and marking follow the client’s project coding system. Each GOST 33259-2015 stainless flange is permanently marked with its GOST designation, nominal bore, pressure rating, material grade and heat number. Smaller flanges are bundled by size and type, while large-diameter units (DN250, DN400) receive individual face protection to avoid damage to the sealing surface during inland rail and road transport to the Russian plant.
