Haihao Group Ships ASME B16.5 Flange Sets for Singapore Sour Gas Project
Haihao Group recently completed fabrication and shipment of forged welding neck raised face flanges to our Singapore customer. This batch of ASME B16.5 flange is specially engineered for sour service applications, fully complying with NACE MR 0175 / 0103 requirements to resist sulfide stress cracking in hydrogen sulphide containing piping systems.

Multiple high-performance material grades are selected for this project, including UNS N06625 nickel alloy, SA/A182 F22 CL3 chrome moly steel, ASTM A182 F321 and A182 F316/316L stainless steel. The ASME B16.5 flange covers sizes ranging from 3/4 inch to 14 inch, with pressure classes 600#, 900# and 1500# and customized wall schedules, to fit different segments of the sour media pipeline.
Every ASME B16.5 flange in this order passes full scope non-destructive inspection as requested by the Singapore project. All flanges receive 100% PMI testing, with full reports listing measured element content of Cr, Ni, Ti and Mo. LPE or MPE examination, UT and PT tests and complete heat treatment are implemented to lock in stable mechanical performance for long-term field operation.
Clear traceability is built into every ASME B16.5 flange before packing. We apply dedicated colour bands following specified RAL colour codes for each material grade, together with permanent stamping including NACE mark, PAMI label and unique serial number. Site inspectors can quickly identify material type and trace each flange during installation and routine maintenance.
