This delivery includes multiple types of ASME B16.5 A105N flange in varied sizes and pressure classes. All A105N flanges undergo normalizing heat treatment to achieve consistent mechanical properties, and feature raised face (RF) sealing surface to deliver reliable sealing performance under fluctuating operating pressure. Besides carbon steel items, one high-temperature alloy ASTM A182 F11 flange is included for high-temperature service section of the pipeline, marked 4 inch, Class 600 RF with Sch.80 neck thickness.
The scope covers slip on flanges and weld neck flanges ranging from 1/2 inch up to 12 inch, with pressure ratings of Class150 and Class300. Weld neck designs come with specified neck thickness (Sch.40 / Sch.80) to match the connected pipe wall thickness, reducing stress concentration at weld joints. Blind flange in 4 inch Class300 RF is also supplied for pipeline isolation. Every flange is manufactured strictly following ASME B16.5 dimensional standards, with full material test certificates available for client review.
