Haihao Group customizes ASME B16.5 A105N forged flange for Singapore customers

Recently, we signed an important contract with a customer in Singapore and ordered a batch of ASME B16.5 A105N forged flanges, including slip on (SO) flange and weld neck (WN) flange types.

Once the customer’s order is received, Haihao Group moves quickly to arrange production immediately. Our production team works closely together to ensure high quality products are delivered on time. During the production process, our process strictly follows the following steps:

Material preparation: We carefully select high-quality A105N materials to ensure that they meet the requirements of ASME B16.5 standards. Materials are rigorously inspected and tested to ensure their quality and reliability.

Forging processing: First, we heat the raw material to the appropriate temperature, and then shape it into the initial shape of the flange through forging machinery. During the forging process, we strictly control temperature and pressure to ensure the strength and durability of the final product.

Rough machining: After forging is completed, we rough machine the flange. This includes preliminary shaping and cutting of the shape to meet the customer’s specifications.

Machining and shaping: After rough machining, we perform further machining and shaping, including precision machining of the holes and threads of the flange to ensure a perfect fit with the piping system.

Surface treatment: Finally, we treat the surface of the flange, including rust removal, sandblasting and galvanizing, to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

Through the above process flow, Haihao Group ensures the production of ASME B16.5 A105N forged flanges that meet the highest quality standards to meet the strict requirements of customers. The batch of flanges ordered by customers have been rough-machined. Next, Haihao Group will perform fine machining and surface treatment on the flange holes. After completing all steps, we will package and ship the flanges.
