Haihao Group is proud to announce the successful shipment of a large batch of spectacle blind flanges to a key customer in Singapore. The order covered a wide range of materials, sizes, and pressure ratings, designed to meet the most demanding industrial environments, including offshore, petrochemical, and power generation projects.

The shipment included:
- Super Duplex Stainless Steel (ASTM A240 UNS S32750) spectacle blind flanges, with RTJ, RF, and IX sealing faces, in sizes 2″, 3″, and 14″, pressure classes up to CL2500, fully NACE compliant.
- Inconel N06625 spectacle blind flanges (RF, 3/4″, CL300), designed for excellent resistance to high-temperature corrosion and chloride stress cracking.
- Carbon Steel (ASTM A516 Gr.70, ASTM A350 LF2 CL1) spectacle blind flanges with RF faces, epoxy-coated options available, sizes ranging from 1″ to 10″, pressure classes from CL150 to CL600.
- Stainless Steel 316/316L (ASTM A240 TP316/316L) spectacle blind flanges, sizes 3″, CL150 to CL900, with full heat treatment and smooth rounded edges.
Each product was supplied in strict compliance with ASME B16.48 or ISO 27509 standards, with enhanced finishing such as R1 or R2 edge rounding, smooth handle welding, and full-penetration welds guaranteed by PT (penetrant testing).
